ABSTRACT

Sexual harassment remains a pervasive issue in societies worldwide, perpetuating gender inequalities and violating human rights. This paper critically examines the prevalence, impact, and strategies to combat sexual harassment. Through a comprehensive review of literature, legal frameworks, and case studies, this paper argues that urgent, comprehensive action is required to effectively combat sexual harassment. Various strategies and interventions, including legal reforms, organizational policies, and educational initiatives, are discussed to create safer and more equitable environments.
