ABSTRACT
Recently there has been a high demand for online gambling apps in the market for entertainment as well as being used as a means of earning a huge amount of money in the market. The reason behind that is people are crazy about easily earning money no one wants to do hard work. If there is a way to earn without doing anything and by only analysing by sitting on the couch people run towards through. So in this paper, I’m discussing the legal landscape of online gambling apps and under the veil of legality how betting apps eat users. As a developing country, it has to develop in all the areas of technological innovation. There should be a challenge facing movements at the time of enforcement and the impact of state-level variations. This is governed appropriately with all the pros and cons so that the users can use these platforms in a safe and secure manner.
