The privacy threats which developed parallel to the technological advancement need to be dealt with more caution. It will be right to quote Prof. Jeffry Rosen who stated that the social media revolution is an era of getting the right to be forgotten diminished in an absolute sense. Regular revision of the law becomes a necessity for maintaining the applicability in society. It would become a greater responsibility to respect the private information if a proper framework is introduced in international and a national system.
