From the starting of the human civilization, it has been credited with the many innovations for the humanity’s wars, killing, etc. the crime is something which is from and till now in the society has been prevalent and it is still a serious concern that is being on the debate all over the world but the crimes committed by the children is on the need of much more responsibility where the crimes committed which can be of cognizable like murder, rape fraud, etc. or the none cognizable offenses like for example theft the gateway of these all starts from the childhood where a term is used juvenile delinquency so the first what is juvenile delinquency? It talks about where the crime has been committed by the person who is less than 18 years it is a matter of concern because of the recent growth in the criminal activities by the minors the many reasons and the circumstances from very simple words it could be said that it’s the participation of illegal activities by the minors a person who is a delinquent can be of 18 years and commits a crime which has been charged and to be undertaken as an adult. The degree of delinquency who commits it varies from one another and it could not be noticed until it is the concern of the society with the adolescence as it covers there has been a very many changes take place in the life, which is physical, mentally, emotionally, and with the civil opinion, it is a period of anxieties, worries with the conflicts these changes make them in satisfying what leads to delinquent. They are categorized where there is on the look for their social adjustment and for there exists in the society where this in their adjustment leads to the criminal behavior which is punishable with the violation of law and which leads to the threaten in the society the kind of crimes committed may vary but they all are antisocial and which are to be punished with the statutes the children who commits the crimes are called delinquents and are never been called criminals from the legal point of view juvenile delinquency is an act of vary degree of social consequences from mete thing to any major assault which is punishable under law.
