ABSTRACT
The business world has a wide variety of business forms. Making a selection about the type of business organization is crucial since it can determine whether the enterprise succeeds or fails. Each type of business structure has advantages and disadvantages that are directly tied to the company’s ownership. Ownership is a notion in law that Ownership determines the owner’s obligations and privileges. This paper aims to inform readers about limited liability partnerships, a newly emerging corporate structure.
