INTRODUCTION
The rapid advancement of technology has ushered in a new era, fundamentally reshaping various sectors, including law. Among these transformations, the integration of artificial intelligence (Al) presents unique challenges and opportunities, particularly regarding intellectual property (IP) rights. The evolution of Al capabilities has raised pivotal questions about authorship, originality, and ownership-core tenets of IP law that have remained relatively stable over decades. As Al-generated works proliferate, traditional legal frameworks must evolve to address issues such as the attribution of creativity and the potential for machine-generated inventions to qualify for patents. Consequently, this discourse seeks to illuminate the complex interplay between Al and IP law, exploring how current legal paradigms can accommodate the unprecedented implications posed by Al technologies. Ultimately, a thorough analysis of these issues will provide insights into the future of intellectual property in an increasingly automated world.
