ABSTRACT
Delegated legislation is a crucial aspect of modern administrative law, enabling governments to efficiently address complex regulatory needs. However, its use raises important questions regarding democratic accountability, separation of powers, and the scope of legislative authority. This paper critically analyses the concept of delegated legislation within the framework of administrative law, examining its benefits, challenges, and implications for democratic governance. By evaluating various case studies and scholarly perspectives, this paper aims to provide a comprehensive understanding of delegated legislation and its role in contemporary legal systems.
